Corey the manager has excellent customer service.
Kind to customers needs and quick to solve customer issues which occurs.
Enjoyable coming to this location every Tuesday.
Erin has great customer service also. She's very helpful, I've never seen anyone put bbq sauce on pizza like her.
Gives customer option on how little or a lot of sauce. -

This place is always a let down. Employees don't wash hands, don't smile or greet when you walk in, forget basic items you've asked for and don't clean the tools they use.
We came in and ordered a pizza and they didn't even cut it so we had to rip it ourselves! Also the pizzas here are black at the bottom with ash that are left on your fingers meaning they don't clean the oven properly or the tools to pull it in and out of the oven. Gross -

For a BYOP restaurant, this spot is actually really good.
All the toppings are fresh and they have a lot of different meats and veggies for you to choose from. I recommend going with the traditional crust with pesto sauce as your base and then load up, I mean just look at my photos.
This place is like the subway for pizzas, you're in and out in about 15 to 20 minutes tops. Don't forget to try their dessert pizzas because they are amazingly delicious!

This was my 3rd time to this PizzaRev and all visits have been nearly identical. It's not necessarily a good or bad thing, but the experience overall is just lackluster at best.
First off, The staffing is fine and they are doing their jobs accordingly. From the gentleman who made our pizza's to the young lady who rung us up, service was right on.
The restaurant itself is clean and the staff made their rounds at wiping down tables and ensuring the trash receptacles were emptied.
The pizzas are ordered at the counter and then brought to your table once ready. Wait times are not long and the pizzas come out hot. You can select from their Rev Classics or customize your pizza and build your own.
One thing that could have made the experience better was being introduced and/or educated about their on-site craft beer dispensary. They have a self serve beer dispensing station with 9 beers to choose from and I find nothing better than a pizza served with an ice cold beer.
I should have asked how it worked, but had already payed and sat down by the time I noticed. I'm curious how the pour your own beer/self serve station works and I'm sure offering the alcoholic option to guests will increase their beer and wine sales. I'll give it a go next time we are in.
One thing that blew my mind was the amount of custom hot sauces available (I counted 8 varieties put out by Pizza Rev) along with a few brand name hot sauces. Ranging from mild to extreme, and everything in between, this is your hot sauce destination!
PizzaRev is located on the outdoor portion of the mall right outside of the theatre at the Oaks Mall. If you are in T.O., you love pizza, and are a hot sauce fein, come check this place out! -

I haven't posted a review in some time but I had to say something after eating here. If you see something say something right?
The food was most excellent 4/5 I enjoyed the cauliflower crust option but there could be more veggies to choose from. Other than that pizza was awesome!
Staff 2/5 The staff here are most lackadaisical bit I did give them a little more credit because the woman who severed me explained how the beer on tap worked. The place was empty and I saw a guy come out twice hobbling around only to grab two shakers off the tables and pour himself a coke.
Cleanliness 1/5. The place was a ghost town, we were the only ones in there and we managed to only find one table without the food autograph of the previous customers. All the floors and tables were filthy.
This business has so much potential to be great but the laziness and motivation of the staff are driving this place into the ground.
